I want to wear all black (BoS Officer Uniform) with White Combat Armor (Polymer) but nah I gotta wear something else if i want full protection. Ditto any + luck clothes I can find. Im assuming nearly everyone thinks the Military Fatigues are the best clothing item in the game if you use VATS at all, and to ignore it is to ignore many/most legendary mods, as well as ignore 3 of the 7 SPECIAL's, so its kinda impossible imo.

Military fatigues are pretty common, dirty ones at least, many of the gunners wear them. Don't see why you would be having trouble finding them, strange I think you're thinking of army fatigues.
